OUR STORY

It all started with a pivot! Johnnys’ background as a D1 gymnast and coach taught him the value of discipline and precision- traits he carried right into the BBQ competition circuit. After racking up awards for his brisket, ribs, chicken (and margaritas!), the aural next step was to share that passion with Texas. What began. In 2014 as a humble3-day plate sale quickly turned into a full-blown mission: bringing scratch-made, award-winning food to our table. We’ve grown a lot since those early cook-offs, and while we’ll always love our BBQ roots, we’ve expanded our repertoire to include everything from Italian and French to classic American comfort food. Whether you’re looking for an intimate Private Cheff dinner, a corporate delivery or a full-scale event, we’re here to make sure yur guests are talking about the food for weeks.
