Choose from our existing traditional and fan-favorite menus and/or create your own perfect package by selecting items from the Build-Your-Own list by choosing 2 items for $8/person or 3 items for $10/person at 4 and more, add $1.50 for all items beyond the first 3. (Exceptions apply.) Packages include a complimentary Setup of Formal Stainless-Steel Buffet Chaffing Dishes, Sternos, Serving Utensils and come with Clear Plastic Plating & Utensils. Beverage Service Options include a Self-Serve Station Setup, Formal Service Pitchers or Glass Carafes and Clear Plastic Cups. We can also provide a Self-Serve Coffee Station, including Stainless Steel Pots/Percolators/Warmers, Disposable Coffee Cups, Stir Sticks/Straws, Creamers & Sweeteners. Rental needs such as Formal Dinnerware, Glassware, Gold or Silver Utensils, Tables, Chairs, Linens, Canopies, etc. are available for all Full-Service Events. Full-Service Breakfast & Brunch menu minimums are $13/person.
