Appetizers
Every menu item below has either been carefully crafted by our GJG family or created by special requests from some of our favorite clients. All appetizers are designed to compliment your entree selection but are available for all orders with or without an entree, whether Delivery or Full-Service. You will find prices to meet any budget! All delivery appetizers are full-portioned and priced a la carte. Full-Service buffet-style appetizers are also priced a la carte. Passed Appetizer (cocktail hour-style) Service is also available with "sample-package" pricing, for any Full-Service event. Packages are similar to restaurant-style "samplers" and are not full- portioned. You may create your own package by picking any three or more items at a reduced rate. Pricing will vary. As always if you have a favorite, and don’t see it below, just ask! All menu items and prices are subject market fluctuations and availability.

Chef Matthews' take on Diablo Chicken Bites, stuffed with Sliced Cheddar Jack Cheese & Slivered Jalapeno they're dunked in hot sauce and baked to sticky goodness. They are served with Bleu Cheese Dip!
Collossal Shrimp Steam-Boiled in our Secret Redford Family Spice-mix served with Lemon
