Appetizers
Every menu item has either been carefully crafted by our GJG family or created by special requests from some of our favorite clients. All appetizers are designed to compliment your entree selection and are available for all orders with or without an entree. If you are looking for stationed, buffet-style appetizers, items are full-portioned and are subject to the existing listed prices. Appetizer packages are available for passed-appetizer, cocktail hour-style service. This option is similar to restaurant-style "samplers" and are not full- portioned. You may create your own package by picking any three or more items, at a package rate. Below are a few examples of some client favs, followed by your a la carte options. As always if you have a favorite, and don’t see it here, just ask!
